Standard inspections for single family homes up to 3000 ft.² start at $499.
This price includes a visual inspection of property, a verbal onsite summary of our findings, and a written inspection report with pictures and recommendations delivered the same day!

Wind mitigation and 4-point insurance reports done the same day as the home inspection are only an additional $50.00 each.
Stand alone Wind Mitigation report is $150.00.
Stand alone 4-Point report (1 water heater, 1 HVAC system and 1 electric distribution panel) is $150.00.
Wind Mitigation/4-Point Bundle starts at $275.00. ($25 charge for each additional water heater, HVAC system and electric distribution panel).
Pool are an additional $75.
